RCV single-stage gear units are designed for use in a wide range of applications - for all kinds of operations in quarries, smelters, foundries and woodworking technologies. Each component has been designed and tested for maximum load capacity in accordance with AGMA 2001-B88 standards. Units of sizes 141 - 162 are made of aluminum alloy by the pressure aluminum method and do not have a surface finish. Other sizes are made of highly resistant cast iron with surface treatment. The round shape of the housing gives the gearboxes durability and strength and allows installation in all mounting positions. The gearboxes come with a full output shaft. A range of selectable shaft diameters is available for each gearbox size. Two input shaft variants are also available. CV - solid input shaft for pulley connection, RCV - for direct el. engine. VARMEC helical gear units offer a wide range of housing designs. We offer gearboxes in foot, flange and foot-flange versions.
