Description
The OM, OR, OC series helical-bevel gear units are designed to be used in a wide range of applications thanks to their construction based on a solid monolithic structure capable of withstanding heavy loads-for all kinds of operations in quarries, smelters, foundries and woodworking technologies. Gearbox sizes 63 and 71 are made of die-cast aluminum, the larger boxes are made of machine cast iron. Housing machining is performed on modern computerized machining centers, which ensures maximum design accuracy. The gears are built in hardened and cemented bearings. The main gear consists of two GLEASON bevel gears. As standard, the gear units are supplied with a hollow output shaft with a keyway, but it is possible to add modular accessories such as solid output shaft, single or double sided, shrink disc, output flange or torque arm.
