RCV multi-stage gear units are designed for use in a wide range of applications - for all kinds of operations in quarries, smelters, foundries and woodworking technologies. Each component has been designed and tested for maximum load capacity in accordance with AGMA 2001-B88 standards. Units are made of highly resistant cast iron with a surface finish. The round shape of the housing gives the gearboxes durability, strength and allows installation in all mounting positions. The gearboxes come with a solid output shaft. A range of selectable shaft diameters is available for each gearbox size. Two input shaft variants are also available. CV - solid input shaft for pulley connection, RCV - for direct el. engine. VARMEC helical gear units offer a wide range of housing designs. We offer gearboxes in foot, flange and foot-flange versions.
