Bevel helical gearboxes series TA, TC, TF are designed for use in wide range of applications – quarries, smelters, foundries, woodworking technologies and much more other applications. Gear units of size 56/63 are made of aluminum alloy, the larger boxes – cast iron and the boxes of size 200 – 225 are made of spheroidal graphite cast iron. Boxes are ribbed internally and externally to guarantee rigidity.
TA, TC, TF series gearboxes are available with three input shaft options. TA - solid shaft for pulley connection, TC - for direct connection to el. motor and TF - for direct connection to el. motor with clutch. The gears are built in hardened and cemented bearings. The main transmission consists of two GLEASON bevel gears. As standard, the boxes are supplied with tapered roller bearings on the inlet side for higher axial load carrying capacity and Viton seals for better thermal resistance to overheating. Gear units are supplied with a hollow output shaft with a keyway, but it is possible to add modular accessories such as solid output shaft, single or double sided, shrink disc, output flange or torque arm.
